Just a little about us: Chef Pete
Hires, has more than two decades of culinary experience,
he studied at the Culinary Institute of America,
and was Chef at the Danville
County Club for many years. His wife Geraldine, your hostess,
has many years of food service experience as well.
Their goal was to have their own
restaurant, serving many of their own unique recipes, in a small
town atmosphere. This Restaurant in Illiana, (Western
Indiana-East Central Illinois), is a dream come true...
